Experiences Under the Moon
This architectural detail, a unique and iconic symbol, represents the meeting of tradition and innovation, creating an evocative and defining atmosphere within the interiors of Locanda alle Vigne.
The deep connection with the <Collio Goriziano territory guides every aspect of the Subida di Monte winery, which today aspires not only to excellence in wine production but also to becoming a benchmark for hospitality and design.
Since 2020, the agricultural estate has embarked on a path of renewal, combining respect for tradition with a forward-looking and sustainable approach.

Artisanal details and natural materials create an iconic place, where every element is designed to offer hospitality in harmony with the Collio territory.

The Fogolâr at the Heart of the Project
The interiors represent a balance between craftsmanship and contemporary design. Natural materials such as wood, textured plasters, and magnesite micro-terrazzo floors blend with unique details, including the large moons that greet visitors.
Large windows and terraces seamlessly connect the interiors with the surrounding landscape, while custom-designed furnishings, created to provide both flexibility and comfort, make every space welcoming and versatile

“Locanda alle Vigne” is deeply rooted in the Collio territory, aiming to enhance it by weaving a tapestry of stories made up of people, passions, inexhaustible energy, and craftsmanship.

Architecture in Dialogue with Nature
The design intent begins with the reuse and sensitive expansion of the existing rural structure, preserving its architectural character while seeking a closer connection with nature and the surrounding environment. Its radical transformation has enabled the rationalization of pathways, views, and volumes, enhancing the architecture in terms of aesthetics, functionality, and environmental sustainability.
The woods, hills, and vineyard terraces, which dominate the landscape, integrate seamlessly into the architecture: the vineyard extends into the private garden, merging with terraces and the panoramic views offered by large windows that blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors.
